SEIU - Local Management Portal Welcome to SEIU Local Portal. This portal will become the primary interface for sharing information between locals and the IU Finance Department. Right now, only the COPE functionality is live. In the dashboard, you can see your Local’s COPE obligation and COPE payment information and submit COPE transmittal forms. All locals are expected to use this Portal to send COPE transmittal forms and to request their COPE overs.
